This week I participated in the Sun Prairie Career Fair for the 2nd year. It is a fun 2 hours where I set up a simple table and answer questions to highschool students who have an interest in photography as a professional career. So as well as being a photographer, they went wide eyed at the amount of business and marketing classes they may need. Also public speaking, math, and other courses to give them a well rounded experience and prepare them to some day run their own business.
In all it was a very good turn out. At times I had lines of kids waiting at my table. Maybe one of them will take a photograph that will make an impact on another. I wish all the kids who stopped by the best of luck and follow your dreams!
